Here are a few questions that USA wrestling probably already knows or has asked.

Is TC logiQ a privately owned company or publicly traded company? What happens if the company is sold to another company? That new company may have different policies on the sale of its databases. It happens a lot when companies have a large influx of new customers or the potential for new customers (or growth potential) - which may make TC logiQ attractive for a buyer. I am trying to find out more about the company. I have already registered for the screening and agree with the background screening - but have some concerns on the future security of the information the coaches have to supply. Who assumes the liability if the information is not used for its intended purposes? That could occur if another company purchases TC logiQ. In my opinion the one of the most logical buyers could be a big insurance company. Just swimming and wrestling kids’ club coaches could add 10 to 20,000 customers. I think that may be conservative. I do not have access to the list of all the coaches in all the states for swimming and wrestling. I could give a better estimate of the numbers being screened this year. I think if TC logiQ is sold – USA wrestling should be the only organization that gets that data the coaches provide. Then USA wrestling can provide another screening company of choice the new/old database and for its soul intended purpose.

Possible business plans

Going public in 3 years, Franchising in 9 months, Acquiring other Background screening companies and Software Development companies in 18 months.

What if the coaches and/or our clubs who pay for the the screening and background checks become immediate shareholders? How does that sound? Each $17 counts as one share. My take on the entire screening process is driven by the insurance industry and a few individuals who abuse and violate children - call it what you want.
