OP Jim Cross Junior Member J Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 17 Perrysburg OH	We are going to be back in KS the weekend of Jan. 3 and my son Austin would like to wrestle the Vally Center Open. The question I have is would he have to have a USA card or is there some type of waiver I can sign so I wouldn't have pay the 25+entry for the one tournament.
