What do I not understand? I grew up in Liberal, I went to FHSU, and I own a farm in Palco. I have a comprehensive understanding of the differences and my problem is that most Western Kansas is in denial that things are not going to return to the status they were in the past. 160 acres doesn't feed a family like it did when the existing county government and school district system was set up. It is time to overhaul it. I really feel that western Kansas administrators are holding back progression because of this denial.

I have not asked to change anything with the existing KSHSAA rules that would negatively impact western Kansas or the 321A schools.

So I must ask, what perspective do you disagree with?
