ok ive been around wrestling for many years now have no kids wrestling but still like to be involved in any way i can and one thing i have been noticing is our kids cutting unsean amounts of weight i dont totaly understand the point of this im not going to point out anybody or any school but the highschool coachs who let there wrestlers drop from 119 down to 103 should be ashamed and that goes for any amount of weight cut that dramatical our younger generation is looking up to these highschool wrestlers and thinking its ok to starve themself to be better. how exacly does it make you better? can anyone explain this to me?
