I only said what happend in Manhattan I do not keep score and only went off what the final score was at the end..I was not putting anyone down by that statment..Schroder and Bentley have went back and forth both winning with very close matches they are very well matched and bring out the best of both of them..However I do admit that there is a tension between the parents of these two that does put a stressful situation on the children..Edmosnson is a very good wrestler he was the 6th place State Champion last year..In Manhattan was the very first time Leea had ever won a match towards him and she has wrestled him several times..It never seems to amaze me about girls wrestling everybody has their off days and they bracket all kids based on their skill level that is the reason of ranking..Its so funny with my post on girls wrestling being fair and the fact that I threw my daughters name out here for a place on the state bracket and instead of anyone saying she did do well at that tournament or wrestled good or is making her way it was not that at all so funny how they start saying how it wasnt fair she won..She works very hard and loves this sport as much as the next so why cant she get the respect the boys do? Wrestlingnewbie made the statement of how all kids should get same respect so why can you say how that match was unfair and say edmunson is a good one to watch out for too but then not give her the respect you gave them? Its not her fault the refs made the mistake but either way she wrestled well and is a good wrestler..and if Schroder is one to watch for and the match was to go into overtime then that obviously means she is too...Yes she is my daughter and I am partial but I also feel that if you are goin to preach for respect then GIVE IT!!
