Good topic,wrestling requires too much time and effort by the participants to not do everything we can to get good refs.Great response Mr.Watkins,I disagree with jayhawk pride in saying "most of these guys are in it to make an extra buck"but there are some who fit into this category.These are the guys who need to be weeded out.I believe most are willing,or are already doing some of what you suggest.If you are in it just to make an extra buck,do everyone a favor and apply for a job that has less of an effect on others.If you are not willing to get in shape,find a job that is less demanding.Our kids deserve a ref. able to do their job.
