The amount of video clips that are on the site, the ability to request something be added from Cary Kolat, and the ability to watch his practices make his site an exceptional bargain. The clips are generally short, so your son can watch as little or as much as he wants, and are an excellent resource for the parent who is trying to assist his son/daughter in learning wrestling technique.
