This is an updated list as of first thing this morning of participants and weights competing next week at Cadet National Duals. Reece Conklin-Wright might be available and should be finding out this sometime today. Still anxiously awaiting hearing from Dakota Leach if he is for sure in? Still room for a 91lb, 189lb, and 285lb. Let me know if you are interested.

Cadet Duals Travel Itinerary:

The Dual Team will meet at the following locations:

Meet in Lawrence, KS at Will Cokeley's Car Dealership from 7:00-7:15 a.m. We will be departing from Lawrence at 7:30 a.m..

We will then drive West to Salina, KS. We will meet in Salina at 9:30 at the location of highways 135 and I-70. There is a truck-stop located on the south side of I-70 that we will be picking up everyone else. We will leave Salina at 10:00 a.m.

Arrive in Blair, NE around 2 p.m. Check into the university(dorms) and have a team meeting around 3:00 p.m.

At Blair(Dana University) we will have 2 workouts as a team on Tuesday. They are scheduled as follows:

Workout #1 4:00-5:30 p.m.

Eat Supper @ 5:45-6:30 p.m.

Workout #2 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, June 17th.

Team meeting and breakfast @ 7:00 a.m.

Workout #3-WEDNESDAY MORNING 8:00-9:00 a.m.

Check out from university and be on the road to Rochester by 11:00 a.m.

We should arrive in Rochester, MN around 4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.

All Cadets traveling will need to bring their own bedding (ie...a sleeping bag and a pillow), and towels with their workout gear for the training at Dana University.

Also forgot to mention that after the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday, June 21 we will be bringing those individuals home and returning them to the location of where they were originally picked up. Again, if you have any questions please let me know.

Ok wrestling fans, boys and girls!
I am coming to you with both good and bad news. The good/great news is the wrestlers that we have put together so far on the Cadet Dual team are loaded with talent and should represent your state very well. The bad news is we have lost a couple of participants. We are now desperately seeking a 84lb, 91lb, and a 285lb'er. If anyone, and I mean anyone can help us out, we(Kansas) would greatly appreciate it. Right now we have a couple of names but nothing for sure. I realize that Southern Plains is taking place right now, but if anyone has any idea of someone that can help our cause please have them contact me.

Cadet Dual Update:

The dual team has made it to Rochester. The training camp at Dana went extremely well. The boys got to work out in a great facility and really had nothing to focus on other than becoming better wrestlers. We had 3 great technique sessions and everyone had very little problems keeping their weight under control. We just made it back from registration and are getting ready to settle in at the hotel for the night. We will try to keep everyone posted with results as best we can.
