Sunday Practice will include techique, drilling, conditioning, mental toughness training, and live wrestling. Cost $10 every Sunday.Sunday Practice will be lead by George Roath. All wrestlers are welcome!!! Sunday practice will continue until the conclusion of 2009-2010 wrestling season with some scheduled breaks.
