Your college comparison is not an apples to apples comparison. It has no value in this discussion. Most high school wrestling coaches are at the mercy of their AD. There are exceptions. Could I force change for ONE school, probably but I am trying to open the eyes for the greater good of the sport. We live in the most populous county in the state but our wrestling quality, per capita, is very poor. You don't get better by wrestling inferior competition. Surely you agree with that.
