You are the one that said that the school only had 80 students. And let's say that Douglass has had a junior class with 80 students in the past, this still makes the information outdated. If it is outdated, then all the other statistics are probably outdated as well, and if the state is "cutting education dollars every year" then that would make the amount spent per student significantly lower than what the website had posted.
