I hope no one mis-understood my comment that its a losing battle. I believe KSHSAA will ultimatley lose. The restrictions on off-season practices, etc, will be loosened. Parents realize that in most schools for their kids to have sucess in a sport they are going to have to specialize in only one or two sports. At some point, the parents will win.

And, really people should go back and look at the posts on the KSHSAA audit - talk about high salaries during bad times.
