Chad,

No offense taken, but would like some more info if possible. Do You have to have a school employee present at your practices and do they give the club a key to get into the room & building. Also I am a huge fan of supporting each other between all three programs (I am a Maize grad and take a lot of pride in the program). I encourage our wrestlers to wrestle for the junior high for a few different reasons. First off it is the right thing to do for the "partnership". Second it allows them to wrestle for a different coach to learn some different techniques. Third that format of team wrestling helps to prepare them for what it will be like in high school. I also tell them it is a good chance to show off their skills in front of their classmates. The problem is that most top tier wrestlers (more the parents) know that it is a crap shoot on whether they will get a match or not and the competition is not quite the same. I can be the best salesman in the world and still not get anywhere because the parents have valid points. Do you make all your kids wrestle for the junior high?

P.S. - Doug, I'm still trying to figure out how to check my private messages?
