I agree that Pressgrove finished ahead of Cooksley at Emporia. They were on opposite sides of the bracket, Williams defaulted to Cooksley, and Cooksley took 4th due to the 5-match rule, losing a coin flip. It still doesn't explain why a 6A is ranked in 5A. If Cooksley needs to be dropped out of the rankings, that is fine, but not because a wrestler from a different classification (who Cooksley has beaten head-to-head) finished ahead of him in a tournament. That was my only point.
