I thought Kansas didn't follow NFHS rules??? (Since we don't have a vote .. we don't follow NFHS hyrdation procedures)

The No school No Practice rule really hurts the sport. If they are already at school and they dismiss early whats an extra hour or two gonna hurt to Practice...?
