You are correct that Wrestler A was in control. So wrestler B cannot be called for locked hands. But it was wrestler A who was called for locked hands. Wrestler B then stoodup and attempted a reversal and ended up on his back and the ref started counting. There was never a reveral. Should have been stopped right then and penalty point awarded to "B" and then restart with "A" in control. What was irritating was that there were two refs. Second ref should have at least told primary ref that he had called locked hands and no points could be gained by offending wrestler. I felt bad for wrestler A losing after almost sticking B, but it was the right call.
