You give the bottom man a chance to finish his move, if he does not score on that move you stop and award bottom man his point, If bottom man scores, he gets those points plus one for the locked hands and action continues. Everything allowed after that in the match is "Badtime".

There were 4 refs at that regional 2 were good and 2 were not. I heard the state was 8 refs shorts for regionals and called in 8 guys that did not meet the state requirements for reffing a regional. that is what you get.
