There have been numerous questions about weigh ins. I would love to make everyone happy but we all know that is impossible.

You have two windows of opportunity to make weight. As published, remotely from 3 to 4:30 pm at your sub and the following morning on site from 7 to 7:30 am. Why? 1. The age group for this tournament is 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who will NOT be turning 16 in 2010. This means we have the potential to have kids from 12U and 14U in the same bracket. 2. This tournament is set up to establish line ups for the Middle School National Duals on April 9, 10, and 11th so I don't want anyone to have trouble making weight. 3. This is a USA sanctioned tournament which requires weigh ins within 24 hours of wrestling.

There will be no allowance and there will be no other time slots to weigh. We will collect the feedback from this year and make adjustments in subsequent years if necessary.

You will be required to pay a $100 deposit and fill out an intent to compete form at the tournament if you want to be on a dual team. We will offer open spots to 5th, 6th and alternate wrestlers. If you are injured we will pay your $100 deposit back otherwise it is non refundable.
