Must be at least 18 to participate

Headgear and singlet are not required

Awards: top 4 will receive medals

Weights: 135-145-155-165-175-190-220-240-HWT

Age Groups: 29 and under, Over 30

Matches: 1st period 1 minute 2nd & 3rd period 1 ½ minutes

1-minute rest between periods!
