i'm guessing since they changed the dual scoring to that way. a tech w/o nearfall is only worth 4 pts. i think last year was the first year for div 1 to do this. was it a trial run for them last year? funny rule. a tech is a tech. shouldn't matter how you score imo.
Wouldn't that be a pain to scorekeep and keep track of? I hope high schools never go to that!
