No one is saying that they have but their results have to be observed to see if changes should be made in the future.
What do their results have to do with anything? They wrestled their age group. I don't understand what there is to observe.
Then you are not as smart as I have given you credit for. If state placers are dominating the 14U group then they should not be given the choice to wrestle in a "Kids" grouping, 14U.
