As you have all been made aware Sunday is the 1st session of are Regional Training Sites! This is an exciting time in Kansas Wrestling for sure. I want to make sure to inform everyone one more time:
Session 1: Sunday April 18th Wichita Heights High School Time 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Our room is a small room, however, we will make due and accomplish what we plan on: "Getting in a lot of Reps".
I am also inviting anybody who wants to come in and get reps and some wrestling in. Coaches, athletes, etc.
We are hosting 4-5 opportunities at Heights. Remember: Cadets and Juniors need to attend 3 of 5 sessions to be eligibe for Dual and Fargo opportunities.
If you are younger than cadet and juniors... still come in and bring a partner.
Lets get better as a state together.

Pretty good numbers for session #1.
Counted 18-19 wrestlers! Got in a lot of reps on Gut offense and Gut Defense. Coach Knox also did a great job with technique as well. Colten Eck chimed in and showed his way of running a high gut which I watched him do successfully plenty of times in the past! I would have to say that the Wichita Regional Training site was a great first day. Thank you for giving up a few hours on your Sunday to train men!
Looking forward to May 2nd! Would love to hear how all the other training sites when today! I will post names of participants later tonight!
