OP ocwrestling Junior Member O Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 6	so far out of 14 letter of intents signed, only 2 are from Kansas. This program is being funded by the taxpayers of Kansas. Shouldn't the taxpayer funded athletic scholarships be awarded to residents of Kansas?
