Registration: Pre-Registration is encouraged by June 12th. The cost is $50 for all participants with a FREE camp t-shirt included. Camp is limited to first 70 campers so sign up today.

Camp Schedule:
MONDAY JUNE 28 – THURSDAY JULY 1

1:30-4:00 pm DAILY 5:30-8:00pm

Camp Structure: We will split the campers into two groups: 1st through 8th grade and 9th through 12th grade. The camp will cover a high percentage of technique, solid fundamentals, and in-depth details of Folkstyle wrestling. We will also cover weight training, principles of weight management, mental preparation and conditioning techniques.
