The Russell Wrestling Club would like to put on a freestyle practice once a week at Russell High School taught by FHSU wrestlers. This would be open to all central kansas wrestlers, Ellis Hays Russell Saline Osborne Hoisington etc.

Where: Russell High School Wrestling Room
When: Wednesday Nights @ 6pm till 8pm
Cost: $30 for USA Card if you don't have one, if you do then you just show up and wrestle
