Idon't recall the exact numbers, but I believe the first count was 67-35, and the roll call vote made it 62 37 or something like that. There were obviously some clubs not voting during the roll call vote.
The first vote was 61-32 and the roll call vote was 61-36.
The number of chartered clubs as of January 1, 2009 eligible to attend the meeting and vote were 196.
