I'm inclined to agree with newparent here. It drives me crazy to hear a young person walk up to a bracket and complain about where they were seeded. Believe me when I tell you, my young wrestler has been put on the same side as the eventual champ plenty of times. We choose to look at it differently, in most cases this allows him an extra match on the backside. So he doesn't recieve the silver, and has to settle for the bronze, so what. This also can be used to inspire him for the future when he might happen to run into the "silver medalist" later.
