For St. Francis in 1999:
Gabe Jenkins = 4X State Champion
Kelly Gabel = 3X State Champion, 1X Runner-up, Senior Nationals Runner-up

I'm not sure of the records because I don't have the information on both. I know Gable ended with 141 career wins in the wrestling era prior to the switch to dual and pool tournaments.


For Campus in 2005:
Josh Baldridge = (133-5), 4X State Champion (Beat Cornejo for 1 of his 4 titles), 3rd at Senior Nationals, 2nd and 4th in NJCAA at Labette CC
Joseph Cornejo = (142-7), 2X State Champion, 2X Runner-up, 4th at Senior Nationals, 3rd in NJCAA at Labette CC


A rare Ricky Bobby mistake. Gabe Jenkins was a 2-time state champion for St. Francis. Another great Sainty combo was Scott Jenkins (3-timer) and Billy Gabel (4-timer)


Yeah I sure did miss the boat on that. I was looking at the state placer sheet on the St. Francis website and I guess I just thought that the combo I was looking at was those two. Too many same brother combos in Sainty. Thanks for the correction though.
