Missed a recurring "burning issue" on my original list: Grand State!

A note, in this financially strapped environment, adding events (Dual State or Grand State) will have added costs.

Don't know if consolidating to a one site state will save money or cost more than the current three state tournaments. Would think facility cost of a one site state would be less than three facility costs.
