I had this talk with one of my 10&U boys this year. There is no male or female on the mat. Just two wrestlers doing battle. Take it to her like you would any other wrestler. If you give her the chance she will kick your butt just like any other wrestler.

I do give the wrestler from Iowa a big hand for sticking to his values and his beliefs, too many people today don't.
