This is a 3 month summer training camp with combo strength training designed to make the wrestler a better overall athlete.
A safe detailed wrestling and strength training curriculum will be followed !
A more centrally located facility ! Elem Wrestlers program designed to stay familiar with or learn the sport !
College wrestlers get prepared for the fall training that starts in August !
High School Wrestlers get college recruiting exposure package worth $200 by eScout4U !
Available free 3rd day of Lifting and open drilling on Thursdays for those enrolled 2 days per week.
Elem: Sundays Only 5 - 6:30p.m. $50/Month
High School / College: Sundays/ Wednesday/Thursday (Open mat/ lifting) 6-8 p.m. $150/month
Jr.High / Middle School: Sundays/ Wednesday/Thursday Open mat/ lifting) 6-8 p.m. $150/month
