Brandon Vieyra, Hutchinson, Kan., has signed a letter of intent to wrestle at Bethany College for the 2011-2012 academic year.

Vieyra comes to Bethany from Hutchinson High School. He earned first-team All-Ark-Valley Chisholm Trail League honors and was a two-time state qualifier.

Head Wrestling Coach Jacob Marrs says, "Brandon is another wrestler from Coach Garcia's father's program at Hutchinson. He should add to our upper-weights and will likely compete for a varsity spot right away. We are excited to have him and look forward to what the future brings for Brandon."

Vieyra is the son of Lawrence and Michelle Vieyra and is undecided at his major at this time.
