The new weights are totally asinine.
But we already new that didn't we, we already discussed that didn't we. If you need any more proof that somebody wasn't thinking when they suggested the new weights, one must only look at one of the most recently contested legit tournaments, Denver's Monster Match Nationals.
126, 132, 138 and 145 all had over 36 kids per bracket. Meanwhile 170, 182, 195, 220 and 285 all had less than 10 per bracket. Win one match and get a medal. In the before mentioned brackets, win 5 on the backside just to finish top 8.
Again, all the change did was make the "toughest" weights tougher and the "easiest" weights easier. How could we let this happen?
Oh well, what's done is done, stop complaining, life's not fair, deserves got nothing to do with it, get over it, deal with it, deal with the hand you're dealt, it is what it is, make the best of it, adapt, overcome, work harder, conceive, believe, achieve, etc. etc. etc. ya, ya, bite me, with all due respect.
