The No. 16 ranked Fort Hays State wrestling team gets a stiff test in its first dual of the season on Thursday (Dec. 1) when it hosts No. 7 ranked Central Oklahoma. It is also the first dual of the season for the Bronchos. Five nationally ranked wrestlers are listed as probables for the dual.

The Tigers will have a lot of new faces in the lineup on Thursday night. Four of the 10 weight classes will feature first-year Tigers, which includes two true freshmen, a sophomore transfer, and a junior transfer. Mitchell Means is the only ranked wrestler for FHSU; No. 2 at 149 pounds. The Goddard, Kan., sophomore is 3-1 so far, coming off All-American honors last year as a redshirt-freshman.

Central Oklahoma has ranked wrestlers at 133, 157, 174 and 184 pounds. Trison Graham is the highest ranked wrestler for the Bronchos that is projected to start on Thursday; No. 4 at 133 pounds.
