It varied. My son only got 3 matches, Brett Moon and Alex Hydock got 8 maybe 9 I lost track. There were 1200+ entries. Pat Smiths team was there from Arkansas, a team from Pennsyvania, King Select from Chicago had a few kids there. The competition was tough but the officiating was poor for a national tournament.
To be the man, you got to beat the MAN!!

Round 2 - Luke Richard (MOKWC) won by decision over Baylor Steward (Frisco Bombers) (Dec 8-1) Quarterfinal - Luke Richard (MOKWC) won by major decision over Carson Droddy (San Antonio Scorpions) (Maj 13-0) Semifinal - Luke Richard (MOKWC) won by decision over Gregory Coapstick (Dallas Dynamite) (Dec 5-0) 1st Place Match - Luke Richard (MOKWC) won by decision over Christian Moreno (AAWA Bailey) (Dec 5-2)
Jack is right very poor refs. Competition was good in the young ages. My son wrestled a Texas state champ and beat him 1-0 for fifth. He had 23 kids in his bracket. Pennsylvania had a real tough crew.Oklahoma Elite brought a few tough kids.
The best thing about the tournament was location. We parked on friday and didn't get in our car again till Sunday at noon. Everything is within walking distance of the arena.
Plus in Texas they have to wrestle with full mats. And they had 14 in the arena.Tournament seemed to flow well.
