ENTRIES: $15.00 per wrestler (non-refundable) payable to Columbus Wrestling Club
DEADLINE: Wednesday January 25th, 2012 � 9:00 pm

WEIGH-IN: Friday 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday 6:30 am - 8:00 am
*Remotes must be certified by a high school coach or administrator Remote weigh in sheets must be received by 8:00 pm Friday the 27th.
(If you are doing a Remote Weigh-In, your entry still must be received by the Wednesday deadline)ALL WRESTLERS MUST CHECK IN BY 8:30am on 28th (even remote weigh-ins)

RULES: KSHSAA rules will be enforced during this tournament
CHALLENGES FOR 2nd WILL BE NOT BE ALLOWED
Sanctioned Tournament (USA Wrestling Cards are Required)

COACHES MEETING: 8:30 AM

WRESTLING BEGINS: 9:00 AM


AWARDS: Monster Trophy for 1st place, 2nd, 3rd, 4th place will receive medals

(Trophies will be awarded to Outstanding Wrestler in each age division by Officials)
CONCESSIONS: Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks
No Food, Drinks, or Coolers in Gym (can be kept in lobby)
No Smoking in Gym

We will bracket for Round Robin according to ratings. So if we have enough kids we will have A and B Round Robin to let the scrappers scrap it out and let the newbies get some mat time.

We will have 3 pillar outstanding wrestler trophies in each age division (determined by officials), Monster trophies for 1st place and Bracket, medals for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.

A BIG Thank You to the clubs who attended our tourney. Thank you for making it a success. We had some really talented wrestlers show up from the entire 4-state area. Thank you for your support. If you have any suggestions to help us for next year, feel free to let us know!

Just a thought to ponder. I believe that at our Tournament if there is a tie for outstanding wrestler we give them both a trophy. This is coming from the parent of the girl that did not win in the drawing from the hat but just a thought to ponder. Other than that it was an awesome tournament, great day, 1st place trophies are great. Will be back again.

Good point Indydad40. We only had 5 Outstanding Wrestler trophies made 1 for each division, and we didn't anticipate having a tie. Thank you for your input and advice. We will definitely look at this situation for the future. Thank you very much for the compliments on our tourney and 1st place trophies. We will be looking forward to visiting your club soon.

Thank you Columbus Wrestling club, it was great for you guys to have another trophy made for Zoey, Not sure she has come down from the excitement from yesterday when her name was called to receive that award. Thanks again and we will see you again next year.
