"This is one problem I have with the "EXPECTATION" for us to post results for every dual and tournament almost immediately at the conclusion of wrestling in the name of "PROMOTING THE SPORT"- fewer people attend the events to find out what happened because they can sit behind a computer screen and find out- or in the case of the tournament we just ran- watch match results in live time. We as a wrestling community need to keep working to PROMOTE our sport- but we also need to do a better job SUPPORTING our sport through attendance at the events. The wrestlers deserve fans to cheer for them, not just people checking box scores."

Well said and I agree. Posting results and real time results as are available with Track Wrestling are nice for those not in the area of the tournament; but, I too am concerned that up-to-the-minute results will encourage people to not attend their close-to-home events.
