I finally had time to read this article. Wow is right! I immediately sent to link to my two oldest brothers who have been coaches and told them that it should be a required read for all coaches and parents. The brother that no longer coaches replied to my email within seconds and said, "I am about 80% done with the read.....don't spoil it for me".
