48 48 48 proposal was for wrestling only. Can easily bracket opens/byes fairly in a 48 school class----with 12 schools in regional. Not so with team sports! Need to have a divisabe by 2,4,8,16,32 bracket system--can't bracket anything else evenly--do not wan't opens/byes in state level qualification in BB, FB, VB, baseball.

Plus, have been over private school issue before---too hot to handle--and not enough dominating private schools (in wrestling) to makeit an issue.
