Awesome to see Ben Randolph on the list.
Of all the merits of your team and its creation, development, etc, this has to be one of the biggest benefits in my opinion. A good kid like Randolph gets another opportunity to capture some small measure of success and glory that he so unfortunately lost by not being able to go to high school regional.
