We use leaguelineup.com its designed for several different sports so you use everything that is available but we have used it for 3 years now and it seems to work well. We have our practice schedule on there and when entries are due for what tournaments. and in case of inclement weather our club members know that they check the website and we will have if practice is cancelled by 5 o'clock.
