what are the dates going to be for Freestlye/Greco State 2013

The tournament dates will be established on November 25. I'll get the information posted once it is determined.

Will the venue be determined at the same time?

Yes.

The tournament will be held May 4-5 at the Salthawk Activities Center in Hutchinson (same location and schedule as last May).

Will there be satilite weigh-ins?

Yes, there will be satellite weigh-ins. As soon as the sites have been identified and confirmed I'll be updating the flyer and will also post them here.

The only sites that have been approved for satellite weigh-ins thus far are Dodge City, Manhattan and Topeka Seaman.

If the "24 hr." rule is in effect, why not let these satellites (Jr./Cadet) weigh-in Saturday morning to allow for travel? The locations that have to travel 3-4 hours will not benefit from Saturday evening times.

The Girl's Freestyle competition is combined with the Greco Roman tournament. This allows girls the option of wrestling freestyle against other girls and also getting the extra competition that would come from entering into the open freestyle tournament.
