I had the pleasure of meeting this fine young man (who resides on the Kansas side of the state line and attends Rockhurst) at the Rockhurst-O'Hara-Blue Valley North dual last Tuesday. I really wish I could have seen his match against Dustin Williams that occurred earlier in the season at the Lee's Summit North tourney and it is too bad they won't face off in the Metro Classic one more time (Williams won 3-2 in the finals). He was polished in his speech and even made sure to say "yes sir" and "thank you". The Naval Academy is getting a top notch person as well as a wrestler next year.

I realize this is Missouri wrestling but if you want the chance to see some of the top wrestlers in the metro area as well as him in action Rockhurst has a home dual next Tuesday starting at 5pm against Park Hill (one of the top teams in the country with gifted guys at 113 & 120 amongst other weights).
