As I said it is different than the other districts/subs where they did it just like they have in the past and for most of all tournaments used in Track wrestling where this situation occurs. Did they not issue medals for these weights? Why they chose to be different is odd. Even the D2N gave these positions a 1st as a result. Even though they didn't wrestle a match they still got first so why not just say that.
