http://www.sportsdentistry.com/concussion.htmlTo me it is a no brainer. If there is to be some mandate requiring the use of a mouthpiece it should be applied to 100% of the wrestlers. There is obviously some dental protection and the possibility of reducing concussion risk with NO downside to risk to using an appliance. Seems simple to me.
