is addition to both Cobb and Detwiler who are both deserving. Hoing is a 4-time State qualifier and two year team captain. This year he went 28-11 with 16 pins. All 11 losses were to state placers in either Kansas or Oklahoma. He also beat 5 state placers (3 pins) including 2 wins over the 5A state runner up.
