The flyer has all of this information for both Saturday (Schoolboy/girl and younger) and Sunday (Juniors & Cadets). Here is a direct link to the flyer -

Weigh-in is the evening prior to the tournament. No morning weigh-in for Schoolboy & younger. Cadets & Juniors have an optional morning weigh-in.
Greco is wrestled first, followed by freestyle.
Greco starts at 9:00.
