Coaches shouldn't be rankers, they should focus on their athletes and let either the media or an independent party do the research and data analysis required. No argument.

The KWCA should focus on these goals:

1. More members (at least 50% of the coaches)
2. Better relationship with AD's that can make changes to KSHSAA
3. More fan interest
4. Partnership with USAWKS to appeal to all ages of fans, coaches and wrestlers.
5. How do we improve the competitiveness of Kansas wrestlers vs other states.
