A reminder
1. Do your background check before you submit a request for a coaches card.
2. If you are questioning whether a coach is current it is noted on the spreadsheet.
3. You can email me for verification if necessary.
4. Fines are $20 per coach for lack of a current background check.
5. If a fine is imposed on a club all cards will be held until the fine is paid.
