 Open Tournament (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U)/Girls Tournament
 Novice-Round Robin Brackets (8U, 10U, 12U)
 First 400 Registered wrestlers accepted
 $18 non-refundable per wrestler. MUST HAVE VALID USAW CARD
 Pay by check in advance or on the day of the tournament at the coaches meeting. 1 check per club payable to: Ottawa Masters Wrestling Club.

WEIGH-IN:
 Home Site Weigh-ins! Each club will conduct their own weigh-ins and do skin/nail checks.
 Emails will be sent to the USAWKS email for each club on Friday night.
 Weigh-ins must take place on Saturday after 9am by a certified club head coach
 Each club will enter exact weight in trackwrestling no later than 5:00 p.m. on Saturday January 20th

As we did last year, we are offering a championship t-shirt to all of the open bracket champions as well as the medal. Here is the copy of the t-shirt.



At this point, we are nearly half-way full and if we meet our limits will close registration early. We intend to add another full mat this year. Looking forward to seeing some friendly familiar faces and having a great day of competition. As always, our concession stand will be top-notch. See you in Ottawa on Sunday the 20th. Thanks.

Our doors will be open at 7:30, just in time to fill up on Chris Cake's Hot Cakes and Sausage for $5 a plate. Blue Chip will be there selling gear and a local vendor called Maggie's selling some sweet treats.

We want to welcome you to the 2019 Ottawa Mat Masters Open/Novice/Girls Tournament. We look forward to hosting you and want to provide you with some early information to share with your team/club members.

There is construction taking place at Ottawa High School. Most exits from the gyms will be emergency exits only, they will be marked, help keep those curious kids from venturing to construction areas. The parking lot is partially taken by construction. A local vendor, Maggie's, will be selling some sweet treats as well. And our concession stand will be in full force too, something for everyone.

Weigh-in user names and passwords will be sent to this same e-mail (the one you are reading from) late on Friday night. If this email should go to someone else, please let me know ASAP. Weigh-ins by rule are to NOT take place until 24 hours (open) in advance -9am on Saturday morning. Novice may weigh-in on Friday if need be. Make sure the person conducting the weigh-in is at least bronze certified and thoroughly checks hair, skin, and nails. Wrestlers shall wear a competition
style singlet at weigh-in. We will reserve the right to check any individual that has a potential issue and skin sheets should be made available upon request.

To prevent crowding on the floor we are only allowing certified coaches to be matside. Please tell club members to video from the stands. Coaches, please keep your wrestlers out of the corners, thank you.
